About L'Argento Cattery

L'Argento Cattery is a small family cattery in the beautifully peaceful and leafy suburb of Doncaster East in Victoria Australia.

My life long passion to work with animals culminated in discovering and falling in love with the Burmilla and Burmilla Longhair (Tiffanie).

One Sunday evening, curled up on the couch with my partner, we spotted the Burmilla while watching "Harry's Practice". Having loved two sibling chocolate and brown Burmese and a Persian I knew the Burmilla elegance and temperament would be the ultimate. Having expressed my wish to once again adopt a cat and knowing I had always loved the idea of working with animals, out of the blue from my partner came "why don't you breed them". Well...within the shortest time I was in contact with founding breeders gathering the necessary information to allow my dream to come true. Little did I know until I visited the web there was also a long haired variety.

Now with Burmilla and Burmilla Longhair (Tiffanie) queens, we breed healthy, well socialised, loving family members. We raise these little gems in our home, with us, giving them love, attention and the greatest of care. All our little ones leave for their new homes at 12 weeks, de-sexed, micro-chipped, twice vaccinated, worm and flea treated.
